At Soul Bliss Somatics, the foundation of this work begins with somatic embodiment, learning to be present within your body, recognize the signals it’s giving you, and build the capacity to stay grounded with what arises.
Breathwork is gently introduced within somatic sessions as appropriate, allowing your nervous system to build safety and stability first. As your awareness and regulation strengthen, you may choose to explore longer, dedicated breathwork sessions.
This intentional progression supports sustainable healing rather than overwhelming release.

Services

SOMATIC Sessions
90-minute private sessions focused on rebuilding somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and emotional integration.

These sessions help you:
• Strengthen your ability to stay present in your body
• Read and respond to internal signals
• Release stored tension gradually and safely

Breathwork may be woven into sessions in shorter segments as your system is ready.

BREATHWORK Sessions
For clients who have built a somatic foundation and feel ready to deepen the work, extended breathwork sessions are available.

These sessions range from 90 minutes to two hours and may include a full 60-minute circular breathing experience.

Breathwork is offered as an expansion of your somatic work, not a starting point.

SOMATIC EMBODIMENT COACH & LCSW
April Oliver is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and somatic embodiment coach trained in EMDR, Natural Processing, and circular breathwork.
With over a decade of experience supporting clients through trauma, addiction, and emotional healing, she now bridges her clinical background with holistic, body-based practices to help people rediscover their innate wisdom and sovereignty.

Begin Your Sessions
Start with foundational somatic sessions designed to rebuild your connection to your body, strengthen nervous system regulation, and establish internal safety.
Breathwork may be gently incorporated during this phase as your system allows.

Deepen the Work
After your foundation is built, you can continue ongoing somatic sessions or transition into longer, dedicated breathwork sessions if that feels supportive.
