Breathwork uses intentional breathing patterns to calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and release emotional energy. It helps you access deeper states of awareness and promotes healing on mental, physical, and spiritual levels. Dedicated breathwork sessions are offered after foundational somatic work to ensure nervous system safety and readiness

Soul Bliss Somatics operates as a coaching and healing practice. While I am a licensed clinician, this work exists outside the medical model, offering a more holistic, intuitive approach to mind-body healing.

Yes. I work virtually with clients worldwide. While I’m based in Atlanta, Georgia, many clients choose online sessions for convenience and comfort.

My current rates are:  • Initial 2-hour session – $320  • 90-minute session – $270  • 30-minute add-on – $50 Payment is accepted via Zelle or PayPal.

I have limited in-person availability in Marietta, GA. Virtual sessions remain my primary format, and they are equally effective for this type of work.

Virtual sessions are conducted via Zoom. While virtual sessions can be just as powerful and productive as in-person sessions, having a conducive environment is key. Find a quiet, private space free of all distractions where you can move freely. For breathwork, make sure you have a place where you can recline or lie down comfortably that is within the view of the device from which you are joining the session. Wear comfortable clothing, have water nearby, and set aside time after your session for rest or reflection.

Each session begins with establishing presence in your space and in your body, followed by choosing a focus for the session. We then move into emotional processing through somatic tracking (observing uncomfortable bodily sensations with curiosity and safety to deactivate signals of danger). Breathwork may be integrated gradually, depending on your nervous system readiness.

Individual sessions are 90 minutes, with an optional 30-minute add-on for deeper integration.

Every journey is unique and every person has a different definition of what success means to them at different points in their healing process. As such, it is not possible to accurately identify a specific number of sessions that will get you where you want to go. I encourage clients to focus on staying curious and consistent in their work, which is the simplest formula there is for getting you not only where you thought you wanted to go, but in fact taking you to levels you probably didn’t even think were possible.

Yes. All sessions are trauma-informed and paced carefully to ensure safety. You’ll be supported in staying grounded and connected throughout the process.

No. Because this work is holistic and coaching-based rather than medical, insurance is not accepted. However, I offer transparent pricing and occasional reduced-fee options when available.
