Somatic Healing Sessions
My somatic healing sessions draw on somatic embodiment, a body-centered approach to healing that helps you process and release emotional pain, trauma, and chronic stress held within the nervous system.
Through guided awareness and gentle somatic techniques, you’ll learn to reconnect with your body’s signals, regulate your emotions, and restore a sense of safety and trust within yourself. Breathwork may be gently woven into sessions in shorter segments as your system allows.
Each session is a sacred space to come home to your body: to listen, release, and integrate the wisdom that has always been within you.


How I Work:
Somatic healing is not a one-size-fits-all process. Every session is customized to meet you where you are: emotionally, physically, and spiritually. My goal is to help you feel safe, grounded, and empowered as you explore your inner landscape.
In each session, we may:

Begin with grounding, mindfulness, or light breath practices to connect to the present moment.

Explore sensations and emotions stored in the body through gentle somatic awareness.

Use movement, visualization, or dialogue to process and integrate emotional energy.

End with integration practices to help you leave feeling centered and clear.
As your somatic awareness and nervous system capacity strengthen, breathwork can become a deeper component of our work , including the option for longer, dedicated sessions if and when you feel ready.

INDIVIDUAL SOMATIC HEALING SESSIONS

Personalized one-on-one sessions to release stored tension, reconnect to intuition, and find inner peace. Optional 30-minute deep-dive add-on available.
Shorter breathwork segments may be integrated within these sessions as appropriate.
DEEP-DIVE ADD-ON
30 min
Extend your individual session for deeper processing, ideal for clients who attend less frequently but want more time to integrate.
