Breathwork Sessions

Breathwork invites you to use your breath as a bridge between the conscious and subconscious mind, allowing stuck energy, tension, and emotion to surface and be released. Through circular breathing and intuitive guidance, this practice helps quiet mental chatter, open the heart, and reconnect you with your authentic self.

Each session is an immersive experience in presence and surrender; a chance to let your body lead the healing process while you witness what unfolds.

Because this work can be activating, breathwork sessions are reserved for clients who have already built somatic awareness and nervous system stability through prior foundational work.

How I Work:

My breathwork sessions blend somatic awareness, trauma-informed support, and energetic attunement. I create a grounded, nonjudgmental space for you to explore the healing power of your own breath.

These sessions are designed for clients who have already established internal safety through somatic work and are ready to expand their capacity.

​During a session, you can expect:

  • Gentle guidance to establish rhythm and safety in your breath.

  • Support in identifying and releasing emotional blocks or stored tension.

  • Integration practices to help you ground, reflect, and carry insights into daily life.

  • Optional deep-dive add-ons for extended processing and reflection.
     

Each session is an invitation to expand your capacity for peace, joy, and presence while learning to trust your body as the ultimate healer.

Available after completion of foundational somatic sessions.
